The painted wage (with colored enamel) is considered the ancient origin of the ceramic and tile panels (Al-Rihawi, 1999, p. 23). This method is somewhat similar to the idea of the work and style of the tiles, which was known in the following ages and about which the art of various mosaics spread in the Greek, Roman, Byzantine and early Christian eras. With it, which gave it the ability to survive and permanence while preserving its beauty and colors (Al-Shall 1984, p. 36).
