: The Prince Tanbek Al-Hasani facility is one of the most important surviving Mamluk facilities in the world
The city of Damascus in the era of the Circassian Mamluk state, which is the only surviving model
For a rare architectural planning of its kind in that era, it did not receive the attention of researcher
It was reported that it did not exceed scattered references in the text of some books, and it differed in its naming
And the function of this facility, which is a problematic that imposes on the researcher several questions, perhaps the most important of them
Who is the owner of that facility? Does he have other facilities remaining in Damascus? What are the
The different jobs she did? And why did the builder choose this particular place to build?
Its facility? What are its architectural units? Was it alone with a specific plan for that?

This study aims to discuss the possibility of the existence of what can be called zoos In all the civilizations of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia. We can ask a question about the possibility of the existence of "zoos" - as a termmodern and known to us - in antiquity in the ancient Near East, where it reflectedSome scenes, inscriptions and texts are evidence of the presence of a large number of rare animals that were imported into the environment of the ancient Near East.

Is it not the preservation of our heritage to save the manuscripts kept in the Library of Europe?

I think it is our duty, before we get into the conversation about preserving our heritage, to know We learn about the unknown from this heritage, especially if he is still a prisoner of storehouses. Layers of dust topped with moths in the boxes and drawers of European libraries, and unfortunately Fortune has not yet attracted the attention of researchers, nor the tenderness and sympathy of the generous nobles, not even The concern of those who make our heritage an “illegal” means, do not hesitate to hide under its slogan, Not out of love and appreciation for heritage, but with a desire to expand its trade and multiply its profits. And what more is this? Quality in our Arab world.

Gilding has in all times occupied an important place in the ornamental arts of Islamic civilization, especially the decorated ceilings, which is the art of spreading gold over the surface for the purpose of ornament. Unfortunately we haven’t sufficient data about its composition and the application techniques. The main goal of the present study is to investigate and analyze samples from gilding materials and its ground from some Islamic monumental ceilings in Cairo to determine the composition, methods of application and its aspects of deterioration. Samples were taken from the gilded areas of the selected ceilings. Scanning electron microscope–energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDX), Light Optical microscope (L.O.M.) and Fourier transmitanceinfrared spectroscopy (FTIR), were adapted for analysis and investigations. The results from samples taken from different gilded ceilings were compared with each other to observe their differences
and similarities .Analysis and investigation, methods revealed a further resemblance of the materials and the methodology employed. The deteriorated golden leaves were the main component applied by means of a size, Golden leaves and powder, brass, were used for the previous intervention.

Weathering and deterioration of the Egyptian alabaster were not studied enough as much as the other rocks (such as sandstone , limestone , granite and marble ) , and the negative influences ring may occur hastily because of its chemical composition so the selected two examples of the Egyptian alabaster the most important examples of using it in building in Egypt and at same time is the most insecure , were studied through several visits to sites , description and Characterization of the Egyptian alabaster Travertine) either in original sources (quarries) or in archaeological sites where samples were collected and taken to laboratory analyses and investigation ,to identify Deterioration ,Weathering and Damage such as : Constructional Defects ( Cracks and Frailty and debility structure of some ornamental architectural) , Structural Defects(the colloform structure ,Vugs and cavities and granulation), Climatic (physical) weathering and Deterioration (Discoloration deposit such as Bleaching , Gypsum formation , The soiling , Black or Dark Crust and Efflorescence and Sub florescence of Halite salt ) , Loss of stone material such as Roughening , Pittingand Back weathering due to loss of scales) , Detachment such as granular disintegration , Crumbling , flaking to contour scaling , flaking to contour scaling and Fissures independent of stone structure) and Man-made faults (erroneous restoration) . In addition to Some Recommendations of preservation , and I satisfied to put the results discussion and conclusion in comparative table form

Historical and antique oil paintings have been plagued with the threat of forgeries for a long time. The nature of art lends itself to forgery as a skilled and determined forger can mimic the techniques and styles of an artist to a level where even an expert can be duped. This research includes the examination and analysis of an oil painting signed with the name of the Russian painter Ivan Aivazovsky to detect if it is original or just a professionally forged replica of the painting. The researcher used the following techniques: visual inspection; comparing the painting style and brush strokes of the painting to other paintings carried out by the same painter; and studying the signature on this painting compared to the ones on other paintings for Ivan Aivazovsky. Anachronismtechnique was also used to detect forgery of the painting, and this technique involved employing both XRD and EDAX. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) was used to identify the binder of the ground layer and the varnish layer. The paint layer was examined using a microscope and the images were recorded on both blackand-white and color films. Microscopic examination was used in studying the different forms of decay found on the painting to detect if they were deliberately made for forgery purpose. The cohesion of the paint layer and the impact of ethyl alcohol on it, were also studied. The results of the study proved that the painting was not painted by the famous Russian painter Ivan Aivazovsky and that the signature is forged by a professional, skillful forger. The forger’s attempt to give the painting an antique look was extreme and illogical; this was the first indication that the paintingis forged. He also made the mistake of using pigments which were manufactured and used more than 30 years after the death of the Russian painter. The date of the painting under study was found tobe in the period from 1950 to 1960, which is more than 50 years after the original painter’s death.
