Abstract

The science of syntax with its abstract rules continued to dominate the field of linguistic studies of ancient Egyptian studies until recently, when scholars in this field began to pay attention to other alternatives that contribute to understanding the text and its connotations and help to identify its contexts, structure and stylistics. Despite the Western effort that began through some studies and separate research during the last three decades in an attempt to understand the aesthetics of ancient Egyptian texts, especially literary ones, these attempts still feel their first beginning.
