Abstract

The endowment is one of the authentic social systems that our Arab and Islamic societies have known and practiced regularly from the dawn of Islam to the modern era. And an overview of the endowment system in our society, we find that in terms of its abstract moral idea, it is the idea of ongoing charity, and in terms of its material assets from the various lands and real estate that it attracted to its department, which was a solid base of building foundations of society and the support of its social relations.
