A technical study of a copper Tray from the Qajari period( Published for the first time)

Abstract

The metal work is one of the applied arts in which Muslims excelled, although they inherited some industrial and decorative styles from ancient civilizations, especially from Iran, which had a great fame in that industry. However, Muslims have succeeded in developing these industrial methods until the artistic methods of Muslims appeared in the manufacture of metal artifactsThe research talks about a metal tray from the Qajar era in Iran, which was published for the first time in the field of archaeological and artistic studies. The research also deals with determining the time period and date in which the tray was manufactured, the subject of the study; this is based on the evidence and the artistic features common to it and the dated Qajar metal artifacts. The research deals with the description, the size, the method of its manufacture, the methods used in the execution of its decorations, the analytical study of the decorative elements on it and drawing it, . The study also deals with the time and date of the Chinese study, based on the evidence and the technical featurescommon to it and the Qajari dated metal artifacts
