Abstract

The book of the Ministry of Endowments contains a very important endowment document  from the archaeological point of view. It is a book that collects the endowments of Hajj Muhammad Amin Agha Al-Alayli. It contains a collection of endowments on different dates, all of which were collected and recorded in a book in the book of endowments in the Egyptian Endowments Office on 15 Rajab 1286 AH.And he added to his wakf another wakfes at 18 Moharem 1260 H, such as (bath) of  El Kharateen in El Ghoriya with its towels and old tools..Those baths have a detailed description in the Hoja, so we well study them according to  the endowment to compare it with the current situation to existing examples( Hammam El Gadeed –the new bath-and El Sokareea bath for men) . We will also study the vanished ones through the documents to find out what their planning was like before their extinction and to make horizontal projections for some of them according to the document’s text, as well as the Sukkariyeh bath for women and the girls’ bath known as the dog bath and the kharatin bath.
