مصادر التراث الحضاري الفلسطيني في الضفة الغربية في عين العاصفة: منطقة (ج) كحالة دراسية

المستخلص

تحظى مصادر التراث الحضاري بنظام قانوني دولي يوفر لها الحماية في حالة نشوب نزاع مسلح؛ وذلك بوصفها تراثًا يهم الإنسانية جمعاء، ويُعدُّ النزاع المسلح، واحتلال أرض الآخر مصدر تهديد متواصل لهذه المصادر ويؤدي غالبًا لدمارها وسرقتها، ومنذ احتلال "دولة إسرائيل" للضفة الغربية (بما فيها القدس الشرقية) وقطاع غزة عام 1967م، فقد سيطرت على كل مصادر الموروث الحضاري الفلسطيني، وبالرغم من توقيع اتفاقية أوسلو التي قسمت الضفة الغربية إلى ثلاث مناطق عُرفت بـ (أ، ب، ج)، والاتفاق بين الجانبين الفلسطيني والإسرائيلي برعاية دولية على انسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي من المنطقة (ج) بحد أقصى عام 1998م، إلا أنه لم ينسحب منها حتى اللحظة، بل وقام بإعادة احتلال كامل الضفة الغربية عام 2002م.
إن احتلال "دولة إسرائيل" للضفة الغربية على مدار 56 عامًا (من 1967م– حتى اللحظة) قد أدى إلى تهويد الكثير من المواقع والمعالم الأثرية والتاريخية؛ وإجراء أكثر من 900 موسمٍ للتنقيب الأثري، والعديد من المسوحات الأثرية؛ ومصادرة وتدمير حوالي 5300 موقعًا ومعلمًا أثريًا وتاريخيًا؛ كما أدى إهمال إسرائيل – كقوة احتلال – للمواقع الأثرية التي لا تخدم الرواية التوراتية إلى انتشار ظاهرة العبث في المواقع الأثرية وسرقة آثارها.
